Hello, my name is Philip. I’m an experienced leader who has built strong design teams, introduced new capabilities, and integrated user- and data-driven practices into organizations. My expertise spans both digital and physical product innovation. I promote independent thinking — both creative and technical — to connect human needs with effective solutions across design, technology, and engineering.

Based in Boston, I am both a practitioner and a leader. Most recently, I worked in robotics and automation for the logistics and automotive sectors. My previous experience includes consumer goods, medical devices, life sciences, and industrial and analytical equipment. I offer expertise in design research, UX design, industrial design, visualization, and human factors to drive successful product outcomes across industries.

I’m a Brit at heart and love my cup of tea anytime. When I’m not working, I’m a husband who does yard work, and a dad who cheers for my son’s robotics team on weekends.
